Cranberry and orange relish

I've really enjoyed Delia's cranberry and orange relish again this year. I'd like to make some to use over the next 6 to 12 months. Any thoughts about preserving it? Does it need need more sugar before storing in jars? How much? Would I need to add wine vinegar to stop it becoming too sweet?
