Christmas tart

Please can anyone help me?I've lost my favourite recipe for a savoury Christmas tart that I make every year. I think it was called a "trimming tart".It was cooked in a frying pan and later baked in the oven covered with a walnut pastry. To serve it was inverted onto a serving plate so the pastry topping became the base. The "trimmings" were pigs in blankets, stuffing balls, shallots cooked in butter and balsamic and fresh cranberries. This recipe was found in a Prima Christmas edition donkeys years ago.

It's all there on Google. Take a look and it is called Trimmings Tart. It looks very similar to what you describe.
