Jus or thick sauce without the alcohol!

Help, we are making Pork Wellington for friends on Boxing Day but need to find a jus or sauce to go with this but without the addition of alcohol to it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance x

sauce for pork

what about something like you would have with duck a l'orange? Or use the pan from searing the pork & deglaze with stock, then add honey or redcurrant jelly to add a touch of sweetness? Or use some apple sauce in same way maybe? Depends what you are serving it with .... I think the only thing I would avoid personally would be a cream sauce.

sauce for pork

I did one the other day which was nice. It was, I think, equal quantities of apple juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar. Now I think about it I added extra apple juice as the sauce was thickening in the oven.
