HELP - Edible rice paper

Just about to make my florentines and I cannot remember whether the rice paper is glossy side up or matt side up? Please help quickly.

Probably too late now Carol, but anyway I don't believe it matters which side you use. I have been looking at recipes using rice paper as I have a lot in the freezer and none of them mention a correct side to use.
