By Biff 12 Dec 2012 09:45	Biff Hi, thanks for the reply but sadly this doesn't help me. Most gelatine packs tell you how much gelatine to set a pint. This recipe contains alcohol which requires more gelatine to set than normal. Anyone else got any ideas?! Reply Quote

By JAMES 12 Dec 2012 09:53	Gelatine. Meant to say, I've never seen a pack of the sheets that does not tell you something like "1 sheet in this pack is equivalent to 5g of powdered gelatine" etc. I don't have any "in stock" at the moment. Reply Quote
