Spiced preserved tangerines

Hi my husband brought a box of clementines, they were reduced and i let him get the shopping! I was wondering if I could use them in this recipe instead of tangerines? If not is there another recipe? Could I make jam? Thank you

Clems in brandy

I always use clementines. I think all the similar fruits are inter-changeable.
