By Issi 22 Nov 2012 15:52	Issi I have had real difficulty getting uncut peel for my Christmas baking. I finally got some which has a use by date of next February. If I want to stock pile and keep it longer than that can I freeze it? Does anyone know of a mail order firm that sells uncut peel? Reply Quote
By sam from worthing 22 Nov 2012 16:22	Candied Peel When starting a question, its a good idea to put a title in the box rather than your name, more people will take notice if you use a key word. As delia says in this link, it is only best for a year. http://www.deliaonline.com/ingredients/ingredients-a-z/ingredients-a-c/Candied-Peel.html but if in future you continue to find it hard to find, you can google candied peel and numerous recipes will come up, also health food shops are good source. By Issi 22 Nov 2012 19:26	Candied peel I know there are plenty of recipes using candied peel and I can easily get cut peel but I am still searching for a reliable source of uncut peel since Sundora and Julian Graves have both disappeared in my area. Why no freezing? Reply Quote
