Delia's Mincemeat

Delia's mincemeat requires soft dark brown sugar. I have just looked in my cupboard and I only have light brown soft sugar, light brown muscovado or dark brown muscovado!!

Is it ok to use one of the above or should I specifically buy soft dark brown sugar as the recipe says?

No problem.

No problem with the sugar , it will be fine
