What size dish for chicken pie

I have a recipe for a chicken pie that states it needs a
2 lt / 31/2 pnt pie dish. Could some one give me an idea of how big the dish needs to be.

what size dish?

do you have any pyrex bowls/pie dishes at all?

just pour 2 litres of water into a measuring jug, pour the water into your dishes/bowls and see which one fits your recipe.

it all depends on the individual dish depth and diameter and or shape, ie round or square or oblong etc so a bit hard to tell you. you can always make 2 if your bowls are on the smaller side, then you can freeze one.

I have many different sized ceramic and pyrex dishes and bowls that i have amassed over the years.
