Gluten free savoury biscuits

Does anyone have a recipe for gluten free savoury biscuits? I am having friends round and making my own biscuits for cheese but one is a coeliac so need a gluten free option too. I have looked on the Internet but have not come up with anything suitable. Any ideas please?
The easy option would be to buy some but I would prefer to serve homemade if possible.

am wondering - as i have no previous experience of cooking gluten free, so far, but a relative has just recently been diagnosed.

but could you not simply use Gluten free flour (doves farm) I am sure gravy queen will correct me if i am wrong. with maybe the addition of a powder called xantham gum also doves farm.

I need to know how to make delias pastry for her sausage rolls for gluten free, and i already know debbie and andrews sausages will fit the bill..its just the pastry.

And i know it will be too late, but delias new cake book has many recipes re-tried and tested to be gluten free, but its not out till i think early next year.

Gluten free

do have a look at doves farm website, some nice recipes on there, I made shortbread the other week for my sister in law, with no ill side affects to her or me, lol.

I know thats not a recipe your after, but worth a look.

and it mentions products that are suitable for your guest, who will be delighted you even got in shop brought products, let alone making them yourself (which are suitable for those who are not affected too).

Gluten free

Thank you Sam, have taken a look at the Doves Farm site and emailed them for a savoury biscuit recipe. Meanwhile have been in Norfolk for a few days and at a farm shop managed to buy a packet of gluten free biscuits for cheese as a standby.

Savoury gluten free biscuits

Home made is a lovely idea but not everything works well or is easy to make, so I just experiment and sometimes it really is easier to buy them ! Gluten free cakes work well but biscuits are far more unpredictable and can crumble . Saying that at Christmas I make Delias sables and they are lovely (happy Christmas book ) . A nice savoury nibble .

You can easily find good shop bought savoury biscuits as supermarkets have a "free from " section . I can recommend Nairns gluten free savoury biscuits , and Tru Free.

Sam is spot on regarding Doves Farm gluten and wheat free flour and for pastry I add a teaspoon of xanthan gum as Sam has mentioned . For sausage rolls I use Delias recipe with the DF flour and xanthan gum , works fine .
The pastry just needs careful handling as it is more delicate . The sausages need to be gluten free, so again as Sam has said, Debbie and Andrews Harrogate sausages are good , also The Black Farmer, and Jimmy Doherty , all available in supermarkets .

Gluten free savoury biscuits

I buy gluten free products from Gluten Free Palace. They stock a wide variety of gluten free products including cookies, baking mixes, cakes, breads etc. They even have gluten free gift baskets! They've provided some interesting gluten free recipes on their website (a few of which I've made and loved) so I think you should take a look at it!
