Sandwich toaster

Have just bought a new sandwich toaster. Has anyone any suggestions for fillings. Getting bored of cheese and ham!! It also does paninis so ideas welcome for them too.

Cheese, sliced mushrooms and sundried tomatoes - my favourite at the moment, in a foccacia.

Any thing as long as there is something moist in with it, like cheese, cream cheese, mayo etc. my faves are coronation chicken and cheese and onion. Pork and apple sauce with a little mayo not bad. Likewise a little of any casserole sauce I use tarragon chicken leftovers.
