Orange peel shredder

Seems to have disappeared in Victorian times but does anyone know where I can get a proper shredder for marmalade peel for making marmalade?

Orange peel shredder

I have a thing like a zester that is called a julienne slicer - will julienne cucumber, carrots & the odd finger.

Any good? Never made marmalade from scratch (I use MaMade) so I have no idea if this would do.

Should say - if you google it, looks like M&S do one

Really?

I Googled for an orange peel shredder, citrus peel shredder and nothing came up from M & S at all. Could you say what you put into your search query please as I can't seem to find anything and would love a decent tool for shredding orange peel.
Thanks.

Sorry - only just spotted your reply.

I googled 'Julienne peeler' & there were a shed load of different links, including one for M&S - although having just followed that link it just takes you to their site, not to a specific item so it may just be a dead end. There are some good looking options though, on Amazon etc, & all seem v reasonable.

Not same thing ....

Julienne cutters won't shred thick orange skin for marmalade. They only work to produce thin slices of the outer layer of the orange. seville oranges have very thick skin. Thanks anyway.

Lakeland now do a citrus master for marmalade, - like the old fashioned cog turning machine, it's £25
