Undercooked christmas pudding

A friend offered to cook my pudding in her pressure cooker but I am sure it is undercooked - it looks doughy and stodgy and you can see white bits which I guess is the suet not fully incorporated.
I need to rescue it without telling her. Would it be OK to steam it now or steam it for hours on Xmas day instead?

No problem

I would certainly cook the pudding now .
Just steam it for a few hours , it will be fine.
I would not be happy to leave it until Christmas day.

Undercooked christmas pudding

I wouldn't want to leave it, so if it was me I'd cook it now again myself.

You can always freeze it thereafter you know - and/or eat it & make another & cook that one yourself properly instead!
