By Claireclaire 29 Oct 2012 12:44	help with christmas pudding! I have never made a christmas pudding before let alone a Delia one. I would like to divide the recipe into 4 smaller basins as gifts. How long would I need to steam them for? and how long to re-steam before serving? Reply Quote
By Anastasia 29 Oct 2012 13:04	Steaming I steam my puddings for 6 hours. I then re-heat for 1 hour. It is also possible to heat the pudding in the microwave as having been steamed for 6 hours that are thoroughly cooked Reply Quote
