mini lemon tarts

I made some mini lemon tarts and let them cool on the bench last night and when I saw them this morning they had all cracked is there any way to fix this and why did it happen

Lemon tarts

I'm no expert but I would say initial mixture not totally incorporated or slightly undercooked.
Failing that the temp. from oven to instant cooling will "crack" the surface. Try leaving the tarts in the oven once you have turned it off until at room temp.
