Fish pie

I have frozen fish fillets in my freezer.To make Delias fish pie, must I defrost the fish first.

were they already frozen when you brought them? if they were, then no.

if you froze them, then i would defrost before using.

Prob too late, but a standard white fish fillet is diceable after less than 10 mins on your chopping board, and a further 10 or less is pretty much fully defrosted. I'd have no hesitation in using that. Its going to get to a good even, full temp in the oven.

Thank you both so very much. They were frozen when I bought them. I didnt realize they would defrost in 20mins. Thanks again
