Hi,

Making Delia's mincmeat today, when I steraise the jars, do I wait for them to cool down before adding the cold mincemeat?

reading the 2 recipes Delia has, yes, let it completely cool down - with a couple of stirs, then pop into your still warm sterlised jars. This is something i have never made, I rely on my mum for making this. Must try it.
