Reheating Boeuf Bourguinon

Hi Can anyone advise me please? I want to cook the Boeuf Bourguinon receipe on here for a dinner party Sat night, but I'd like to cook it Friday and reheat. Would that do it any harm? If not how's it best reheated?
Thanks!

Reheating Boeuf Bourguignon

If anything, this is better reheated the next day, I think. Give it a stir before reheating so any bits sticking our of the liquid get moistened. I just put it in the oven in a covered casserole at about 180 degrees - takes about 20-25 mins to heat through. Enjoy!

Reheating

I agree with Darkginger and always prepare and cook casserole/stew type dishes a day or two before. It makes life so much easier and gives you time to do other things before your guests arrive.

Reheating

I always make it the day before too. I tend to cut the meat in quite big chunks, sometimes if they are too small they can disintegrate.

It's a fab recipe and perfect for a dinner party. What are you serving with it?
