Beetroot and blueberry salsa

Morrison's have just started doing this, and it's really delicious and fat free too. I'd like to have a go at making something similar (lots of beetroot in the veg patch!), but a google hasn't come up with any suggestions.

Do any of you kind folk know a receipe?

Interesting combo Springgreen. How about combining 2 of the numerous salsa recipes for both ingredients? I found many tasty ones and they shared common ingredients, ie ginger, tomato, mustard, onion, to name but a few.
