Bread into 2 small tins problem

I have just made some bread again after a long time not doing so. I have put a 700g flour into 2 small 1lb loaf tins.

This may seem so dim, but it should rise to the top of the tin shouldn't it in over a hour in this weather?

Thanks

Bread

For that amount of flour I use 15 fl oz of water and 1 tin measuring 3&"189;" deep, 5" wide and 8" long. It will rise in the tin and further rise in the oven. BTW The water-absorbing of flour varies so one goes by the feel of the dough. What does your tin measure?

3&"189;"

Should be 3 and a half inches.
