I have made some small already cooked shortcrust pastry cases for filling with cold filling ie prawn cocktail. Once defrosted them do I need to warm through first then leave to cool or just fill straight away?

Pastry cases

If once defrosted they are a tad damp then a quick blast in the oven. Otherwise up to room temp. and fill.
