By Honey 11 May 2012 20:43	Pavlova Good choice because a Pavlova base will keep for ages in a container in a dry place. How long is it to your son's Christening? I've made meringues and then forgotten about them and found them weeks later and they have still been good. But I would assemble them on the day. Reply Quote

Thanks, the Christening is in two weeks, my plan was to make now and fill in the morning of the Christening, will they still be gooey in in the middle if stored? Also do you know if certain eggs are better than others? We have loads of duck and goose eggs at the moment, do they make good pavlova shells? Reply Quote
