Sausage Rolls

Just made th sausage rolls using the bquick flaky pastry recipe (which is great, by the way) but I notice that at the beginning of the recipe it says you can "freeze uncooked then defrost and bake from the freezer", which is a bit confusing

So, do I defrost them or cook them from the freezer (i.e. from frozen)?
Thanks.

delias Sausage rolls

are an all time favourite recipe here.

open freeze them UNcooked. once frozen you can pop in a bag.

when you fancy some, pop straight on baking sheet FROZEN from unpre-heated oven, ie, straight in from turn on, and they will be ready in approx 12-15 mins (depening on your oven) all piping hot and delicious. No need at all to defrost prior to cooking. In fact they are better cooked from frozen.

works for the vegetarian ones too (the cheesy ones)
