wild garlic bread

Hi l have lots of wild garlic in my garden and would like to try adding to home made bread not shure if l use the flowers leaves or both can any one help

Wild garlic bread

Lucky you having it so close to hand! I don't think it's out here yet - usually the beginning of May is when I see most of it - will have to check. You can use both the flowers and the leaves, but I think the leaves are the most flavourful - though the flowers make a good addition to a salad. Finely chopped leaves would be the way I'd try it in bread - also really nice in an omelette!

many thanks will try some of the smaller leaves l thought a milk bread would be a good start
