Tesco Knives

They don't look and feel very good in my opinion. bit like those jean patrice knives.

The glasses offer they had running over christmas were over priced and ever so fragile too - 2 of the wine glass stems snapped when held by menfolk - and they both swore they were only holding the glasses.

Tesoro knives

If it's from Tesco, you can just assume it no good based on the fact that they only sell cheap rubbish!

I shall hold a huge party the day they are finally closed down due to crimes against taste buds!!!!!

Tesco Knife Offer.

The same knife that Morrisons do as a promo is available in Poundland. Same brand, same box and even shrink wrapped with the veg peeler that morrisons give you for free if you watch the demo. Its a pound, obviously.

Tesco knives

Thanks everyone for your replies.
It seems obvious that they are not worth bothering with.

A few months ago I treated myself to a Victorinox 22cm chefs knife (hope I am allowed to say the make)and it is superb and certainly the best knife I have ever had.
My wife is a bit frightened of it as it is so sharp but has now realised that is is blunt knives that are dangerous!
I use it for everything including carving.

So expensive, but I am sure they are worth it. Perhaps I need to buy them one at a time!

Used the Tesco offer Thomas chefs knife to carve a west country rib of south Devon beef. Knife through butter. £4.99 hard to beat. As my e-mail adress, and grammatical usage, indicates, I am not an employee of Tesco.

Thomas Knife Offer

The quality of these knives; both handling and cutting, is amazingly excellent. I was introduced to Santoka
knife edge a few years ago by a proud american friend (these are the best) but the Thomas knives are superior in all respects.

super knives

I purchased several of the Thomas knives from Tesco and found them to be brilliant, comfortable to use and extremely sharp. A brilliant offer in my opinion.

It really is not fair to comment on poster's spelling or grammar. It is rather rude. As is your message.

Had you noticed that you are commenting on posts which are nearly two year's old?

offer on again

I bought some knives the last time they were on offer and have been very impressed with them.
I was actually really pleased to see them on offer again so that I can complete my collection. I looked on Amazon to see how much they really are, and they did seem really expensive there.

Thomas Knives

A great knife, in fact we have the whole set now, every knife is a complete piece of steel, no studs no joins for those bugs to get into, nice to use as well, to keep them sharp as you first bought them get the Thomas steel. and whoever it was that said tesco stuff is rubbish think again these knives are the best.
