My sister surprised me this week with an unnanounced visit from the UK with her boyfriend on his motorbike, how great was that !!!She brought with her my birthday present for next week and insisted I opened it (well who could refuse) and it was the "Jams, Jelly & Relish Book" by Ghillie James.For anyone who likes to make these delights this book is fabulous, interspersed with lovely recipes using the J's J's &R's. Beautiful pictures too.
