blueeyedboy (yes, no caps or spaces!) is set in an online community - dark, creepy & mysterious! A real psycho-thriller! Has anyone out there read it?

Elpe, following your recommendation I've put it on my to-read list when I've finished Hensher's The Northern Clemency. BTW Can anyone tell me why is was Booker short-listed? Think it's dire and mostly dull and pointless.

Probably because it's slightly odd - as lots of prize-nominated books seem to be! As for blueeyedboy, well, I'm not sure that I'm actually recommending it, Gerry. Certainly it's different - each chapter is an online journal entry and I'm never quite sure what's meant to be true and what is meant to mislead. If you have a look at some of the Amazon reviews you'll see what I mean. I wonder where Harris gets these ideas from!
