Only thirty pages left to go. It's taking me ages to read it!
Made me think there's nothing nastier than a bent psychiatrist.
I've got the other two books but I found the first one hard going as you know, Knorr!I'll get to em eventually. But I've now got 1100 books on my Kindle and these two are way down my priority list! :)X
The most tiresome book - had to finish it but only because I always get to the end of a book.Bit like Hollywood movies - give it enough PR and it's a best seller. In this case have no idea why it is so acclaimed, bored me to death.
Well,I read all three, one after the other. Really enjoyed them - couldn't put them down. Still, I guess they might not be everyones cup of tea.
I read all 3 as well and so did my OH. Found the first one hard to get into but once I did I loved it and enjoyed the others too. Of course not everyone likes them - I don't know if there are many books that everyone enjoys!!
JamesI thought I was bad with 12 unread books beside the bed. How do you even find the time to choose from that many! I have a new Kindle and am trying to stop myself purchasing too many too quickly, especially since I still have hard copy ones to get through!
Gosh, I have 44 unread books on my kindle, and I'm thinking I should slow down!!!! I feel less guilty now....... thanks and cheers.
Grannie Cool - don't slow down, I think it means I just need to speed up! Enjoy all those books and don't forget to keep us posted if you come across anything very good.
Ladies, I tend to keep it topped up with the free ones that amazon offer. I don't mean the classics that are always free (although I do love them anyway!) but amazon often offer new stuff, unheard of authors etc for nothing. I download them anyway, I can decide in time if I want to read it or delete it.....XXX
