Does anyone know a good book of diabetic cookery -I have to buy a gift for a diabetic friend and this seemed a good idea.
I don't have any myself so can't give a personal recommendation, but there are quite a few on Amazon, and the reviews should give you a good idea of what they're like.
I have looked at Amazon and most of them have terrible reviews. I was looking for something a bit special for a gift. I dont think it exists
Hi My Mum is diabetic, she normally just cooks from healthy eating recipes but one book she uses a lot is Diabetes written by Azmina Govindji & Jill Myers. If you go on Diabetes UK website they have some books there under Healthy Eating, Keeping Active.Hope this helpsTabby X
Try Bibliophile on the web. They have some super book bargains that won't break your bank. I've bought several diabetic cookery books from them.
