I belong to Bibliophile on the web, lovely cheap books at bargain prices and nice people too. My home is groaning under the weight of books - that I just can't bear to part with. But I can honestly say I have just read the funniest book ever - I literally cried with laughter on every page & just couldn't put it down.Luckily it was through the night, when I couldn't sleep & thought a page or two might make me doze off. Some hope, laughing like I did - I was wide awake - so if you enjoy a good laugh do read:- "Dear Customer Services" - by Terry Ravenscroft.

Oh! I do hope you enjoy it as much as I did - do let me know. Apparently, he has written another about flying & airports that is supposed to be funnier. He has a web site, if you are interested.Forget tablets - forget booze - or any other mood enhancer - read a really good book, especially a funny one & it can lift your mood for days!

Lyn - after your recommendation, I ordered Dear Customer Services from Play, and it arrived today. I could only read the first few pages as I ached with laughter, and OH came to see if I was OK! Choked on my lunch, crying like an idiot, and kept sniggering all the way round the supermarket this afternoon. Am about to read some more in bed - will I sleep. Anyway, thanks very much - so, so funny!
