I was browsing Steve's website and clicked the "contact me" button to tell him how much I enjoyed his books. I expected that to be that but I got a lovely personal reply from him. I was very impressed that he took the time to reply and it wasn't just a "round robin" reply. Apart from the fact that I thoroughly enjoy his books anyway, he gained huge kudos for the personal touch. "Customer Service" is alive and well in some quarters.
Following your recommendation I too enjoyed his novels.
Based on your recommendations (both!) I have just been on Amazon & the 1st book is currently free for Kindle! Downloaded - so that will be my next read ... will let you know - but the price is a great draw!!!
Brilliant! Couldn't put it down - will get the others now. My mum has also downloaded them now & is engrossed. Great to have a different , innovative theme for a change.
