On the cookery theme, I was given a pile of used cook books and one which I'm enjoying is Seasonal Cooking by Claire McDonald of Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye. Another is Delia's Winter Collection - both been out for yonks now but some things don't seem to date too much.
